Boobalan was in a leadership role at Big 4 KPMG. He had an entrepreneurial zest and was always intrigued to build his own company. As a matter of fact, prior to AccSource he has established 2 other business which are equally successful and thriving. Despite his prestigious role, he felt intrigued and ready to build something ground-up. Around the same time, Andrew in Australia was facing problems finding a suitable outsourcing company, and decidedly concluded that the BPO mechanism was ideal only for bigger corporations and not for SMEs or independent accounting practitioners.
