Mr. Archie Monteiro is presently the Managing Director for India Investments Pty Limited, based in Victoria, Australia. A business strategist with 25+ years of experience in guiding and implementing strategic initiatives and in which 10 years with Rio Tinto, developing and leading teams on growth through International acquisitions, continuing on to similar roles with several organisations including Ford Motor Company, AUSI Limited, CSIRO, etc. and eventually independent consultancy. He has travelled to over 100 countries and conducting business in 60 different countries.

Mr. Archie Monteiro holds an MBA from University of Melbourne. India Investments Pty Ltd is assisting Indian and Australian Companies in seeking opportunities in both countries leading to synergistic establishment and expansion.

Anthony joined Mellor Olsson in 2003 and is a partner in the Litigation, Local Government and Property Development Division. He has degrees in Law (Honours) and Science.

Anthony practises and has significant experience in general commercial litigation and dispute resolution, environmental matters and Local Government, planning and property development. Anthony regularly appears before Development Assessment Panels, the ERD Court and the Supreme Court in relation to these areas.

Anthony has acted in a wide range of matters, including judicial review proceedings, land use and zoning matters, major developments, enforcement proceedings, fire safety and Building Code matters, compulsory land acquisitions, significant tree matters, Freedom of Information requests and Land Management Agreements. He is also experienced in reviewing and providing advice in relation to changes to legislation and on Development Plan Amendments. Some examples of recent matters include the development of a multi-million dollar shopping centre/residential apartment facility at Henley Beach, the multi-million dollar redevelopment of the Gawler racetrack, advising on proposed amendments to Schedule 1 of the Development Regulations and judicial review proceedings in respect of an approval given to an apartment complex.

Anthony is an active member of the Civil Litigation Committee of The Law Society of South Australia, the Sustainable Development Task Group of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (SA Division), the National Environmental Law Association, the Australian Institute of Urban Studies, the Planning Institute of Australia and the Planning, Local Government and Environment Committee of The Law Society of South Australia.

Mr. Eli Bernstein is a global-trotting Perth-based entrepreneur, strategic consultant and blockchain advisor venture catalyst. He is the Founder of CryptIQ, a consulting group advising companies seeking to launch digital currencies and funds seeking to invest in them. He has a strong background in finance, innovation strategy and business development for emerging markets and technologies. He has previously consulted to companies in diverse sectors including energy, resources, finance, technology, and law.

Eli has contributed to the startups, change and innovation scene through CrowdedSpace and related enterprises. Beyond that, his strategic work included policy submissions to State and Federal agencies; board-level strategic reviews; mergers and acquisitions advice and business case preparation for infrastructure projects. Passionate about emerging markets and technologies, he is particularly interested in the intersection between finance, technology and the law.

In his spare time, Eli dabble with libertarian thought and amateur photography. He is the Founder and President of Liberty WA, a voice for civil and economic liberties in WA. In the past, Eli has served in the positions as the President of Australia India Business Council (WA Chapter) and as a Committee Member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Western Australia (CCIWA).

Fabian FAIM is currently the Managing Director of CFR Australia Pty Ltd, Adelaide, Australia. Fabian’s rich experience of over 30 years in fast-paced, high-tech environments has provided him with in-depth expertise in building up strong teams, productivity with new technology and International business development.

Fabian has held many senior positions as General Manager, Director, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Manufacturers and Service providers for Process Industries. He holds a Masters of Business Administration in International Business and a Masters of Business Administration in Foreign Trade management.

He has been a consultant for overseas companies for Business Development, technical Support, Quality Assurance and such other business interactions, transactions and coordination.

Jeff has worked in the Financial Services and Education Industries for many years, holding senior roles within Banking, Finance and Education both Nationally and Internationally.

Matt has extensive experience as a commercial transactional and advisory lawyer, specialising in technology and communications, e-commerce and m-commerce, intellectual property, privacy/data protection and cyber risk.

Matthew advises customers and suppliers on a wide range of procurement and IT-related projects, including large-scale outsourcing and managed services initiatives, technology infrastructure projects, cloud computing initiatives, and ICT and business process procurement arrangements. He also advises on technology commercialisation and digitising initiatives, including in relation to mobile payment systems and mobile delivery channels. His clients include a number of leading financial institutions, public sector organisations and blue chip corporates

Mr. Rajat Agrawal is the VP – Asia Pacific of Attra Pty. Ltd., Victoria, Australia. In this role, he looks after all aspects of Attra’s business in this region: managing the P&L, go-to-market strategy, operations, client relationships, and delivery. Outside Australia and New Zealand, Rajat’s region now also includes the growing Asia business.

Suresh Padmanabhan is the CEO – REACH for Training (REACH), a leading Registered Training Organisation based in Sydney, Australia. Suresh’s background includes working for International Educational Organisations in Strategic and Innovative Technology roles. He holds degrees in Mathematics, Computer Science and an MBA.

Since becoming CEO in 2009, Suresh expanded REACH to provide off-shore educational opportunities and extended the success of the Australian VET sector to students in India, Sri Lanka and Malaysia. Mr. Shekar Mani is the Director of Hotel Saravanaa Bhavan in Australia. Cynthia Dearin is an international business strategist who helps business leaders create game-changing international strategies. She established Dearin & Associates when she realised that although there has never been a better time for companies of all sizes to go global, most don’t know where to start. 

From a young age, Cynthia had a deep interest in other cultures and countries, and in making a difference for people. She joined Australia’s Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade in 2001 and became a diplomat, representing Australia in the Middle East.
