Mr. Rajat Agrawal is the VP – Asia Pacific of Attra Pty. Ltd., Victoria, Australia. In this role, he looks after all aspects of Attra’s business in this region: managing the P&L, go-to-market strategy, operations, client relationships, and delivery. Outside Australia and New Zealand, Rajat’s region now also includes the growing Asia business.

Rajat’s professional experience has centered around the finance and financial services industries in the region. Prior to joining Attra in 2007, he has held senior roles at IBS, GE Australia and New Zealand, Westpac Bank, St George Bank, and the Coles Group.

Rajat recently completed his post-graduate diploma in Business Administration from Deakin University, Melbourne. He also has a bachelor’s degree in IT from Central Queensland University and an advanced diploma in Asia Pacific Marketing, Ultimo TAFE, Sydney, and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.

Outside Attra, Rajat tries to spend as much time as possible with his young family. He is a big sports fan and loves AFL, NRL, and of course, cricket passionately.

Suresh is presently the Vice President & Head of Business Unit – BFS at Aspire Systems, a global technology services firm, based in Singapore.

John has significant experience as Managing Director / General Manager in multi-national technology firms. Experienced in driving organic growth and leading targeted Merger & Acquisition initiatives. Equally adept at re-generating mature businesses or leading marketdefining digital technology initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. Have successfully grown businesses from start-up phase to 3,500 people in scale.

Silicon Valley experience in software product development and management of global distribution channels. Leadership in planning and execution of R&D technology programs of work. PhD in statistical modelling of broadband networks from Monash University in 1989. Now working with smaller companies in humancentred design, artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things. Interested in sustainable living and the environmental sciences.

Sreeram is the Chief Operating Officer for ANZ’s Corporate and Institutional Business – as well as the Bank’s Head of Group Capability Centre. He leads a team of ~10,000 people in more than 20 markets – globally.

In his role as the COO, his main responsibilities are to run the Operations function for the division. His other focus is to instigate change and drive the Digital and Automation strategy.  

In his role as the Group Capability Centre Head, Sreeram runs all the services for the whole bank from our offshore centres in India and Philippines.  

With close to 30 years of global banking experience, Sreeram has held leadership roles that drive long-term change and adoption of new technologies to boost returns and increase productivity enterprise-wide. 

Prior to ANZ, Sreeram was the CEO for Standard Chartered Bank’s shared service centres in India, China and Malaysia.

A passionate telecommunications and IT executive with a reputation for successfully working with senior leadership teams, driving holistic technology strategic plans, product roadmaps and capability models to drive continuous improvement. Innovating in complex changing digital transformational environments to improve user experience. Strong background establishing organisational buy in to achieve an ICT vision, driving sustainable multi technology, portfolios and practices in telecommunications and IT Infrastructure server environments in Network, Cloud and Cybersecurity domains.
