Omar has extensive knowledge in Employment Law, spending many years employed in a top-tier firm. He regularly advises and acts for SMEs (small to medium enterprises) and large businesses alike. He has particular experience in employment disputes between the contractual parties, unfair dismissal, redundancies and terminations. Omar has acted for some of the biggest businesses in Australia, including; Gregory Jewellers, Murrays, South Sydney Rabbitohs Rugby League Club, F45, Montessori AcademyandRay White Real Estate Agency.

Omar also specializes in Criminal Law, appearing in high profile matters, including charges of drug importation, murder, assault, drug supply/possession, all types of traffic offences and white collar crime. He has appeared in a variety of courts, including the Supreme Court of NSW, District Court of NSW and Local Court of NSW. Omar also has experience at the Fair Work Commission, NSW Parole Board and NSW Crime Commission.

From 2019, Omar was employed as the Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer for the Australian & American Pilot Training Alliance (APTA). He has recently been involved in the creation of APTA’s fourth Base, being our first Base in the United States of America. Omar’s role consists of a number of duties associated with the business, including the drafting of Share Purchase Agreement for the APTA USA Base and Creation of Contracts for Company Personnel and Students.
