The firm was established by Shri C. R. Sharedalal in the year 1953 at Ahmedabad. Today, CRS is led by 5 partners and has a team of over 80 members. CRS provides assurance, accounting advisory, direct and indirect tax advisory/compliance services, corporate laws advisory/compliance services, allied laws advisory, foreign exchange regulations advisory, global outsourcing and management consultancy services to its clients across all industries.
