Varsha started her career in IT in 2005 and have had the privilege of working in diverse roles, including Technical Lead, Business Analyst, Development Manager, and Principal Technical Lead. Over the years, she has enjoyed taking on challenges, building high-performing teams, and delivering results-driven outcomes on complex transformation projects in the finance industry.
Outside of the IT Career, Varsha is involved in the creative side as a DJ and runs her own events company, Sasha Club, organizing entertainment events across Australia. Bringing people together through music and memorable experiences is something she loves and take pride in.
In her role as Head of Strategic Relations at Investor Partner Group, she focuses on creating strong partnerships and aligning strategies to foster growth and collaboration.
Varsh is also the Founder of Real Estate for Women (R4W), a platform dedicated to empowering women in Real Estate. Its mission is to educate, inspire, and engage women to take charge of their financial futures by investing in property, building generational wealth, and creating opportunities to work in the industry. Through events and webinars, they aim to bridge the wealth gap, break barriers in a male-dominated field, and help women transform their lives.
