Mr. Mathavan Parameswaran is a Partner in the Assurance & Advisory Division with over 18 years’ experience in delivering assurance and advisory services to large companies. Mathavan is also a member of RSM’s National Assurance Committee (NAC).  As part of the NAC, Mathavan leads the business process improvement project which is focused on continuous improvement and introduction of new technology to deliver more value to clients.  Mathavan also leads the Technology Team in the Melbourne office. Further, Mathavan has gained invaluable experience in dealing with key accounting and tax issues affecting his clients and this experience has been a vital aspect in his role of managing an effective and constructive ongoing relationship with his clients.
