Soumya represents Maritime Anti-Corruption Network (MACN) in India in the capacity to drive, executive and monitor MACN’s Collective Action work.  He supports engagement and recruitment of regional companies to participate in MACN Collective Action projects and plans and executes stakeholder engagement with the maritime industry, government representatives and civil society.

Soumya has more than 23 years’ experience in sales, market research, corporate marketing, IT consulting and social sector program design and management. He has also been actively involved with the social sector for profit start-up program called INVENT as Program Manager while working with Villgro Innovation Foundation. As Sustainability Program Manager at Hindalco, he has the credit of convergence of social sector programs with Govt. funded one and reported it. He has extensively worked with CSR and grant management sectors while working with Piramal Foundation in the areas of health, education, and water. He had worked with leading IT companies like Wipro, Infosys, and Capgemini as Business Analysts in the areas of banking and financial services. He also worked as a Market Analyst with IDC.

His industry and consulting roles have helped him contribute to a wide range of organizations of varying sizes and nature such as Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Telstra, MetLife, Suncorp, Woolworths, ANZ Bank, Suncorp, Citibank, etc.

Arun has held executive-level roles and been part of regional leadership teams with focus on business outcomes. He has always maintained a key focus on client success, customer value creation, business performance, employee care across the globe and made strategic decisions around partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions.

As part of CDO initiatives, have driven extensive data transformational programs and worked with CDO functions across Banks, Insurance and Retail customers, adopting a data-driven and decision-driven approach. Dheeshjith V. G. (Jith) is a freelance Management Consultant in Leadership, entrepreneurship and new age Technology. From 2015 to 2018, Jith was the CIO of Infosys and was responsible for defining and implementing the IT strategy for the organization guided by Infosys’ business strategy to enable revenue growth, cost optimization and innovation at the workplace. His responsibility included management of the IT Infrastructure, Processes and Systems worldwide for the entire organization of 200,000+ employees and connectivity to client’s infrastructure.

Jith was a member of the board of two of Infosys’ subsidiaries – Infosys Technologies (Australia) Pty Limited (Nov 2007 to Apr 2018) and Infosys Technologies (China) Co. Limited (Jan 2008 to Mar 2015).

Prior to CIO role, till March 2015, Jith was the Head of “Growth Markets” business unit that provides Consulting, IT and BPO services to clients in Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa region. He was responsible for P&L, sales, marketing, delivery and client & employee satisfaction for this business and led a team of country and regional heads. Jith was the global head of the Life Sciences vertical from May 2011 to Sep 2013. Anand Srinivasan has over 30 years of varied experience in electronics manufacturing, software product development, process engineering & information security. He is well versed in product design, project/service delivery and program management. He has managed and delivered over the past 25 years several complex projects exhibiting strong people management, leadership, quick decision-making skills helping the clients to be successful. During the course he has hands on experience designing & building electronic ATEs & software products for the textile, defence & space, retail, and banking domains.

Oscar DSilva is based in Sydney and heads Klima Theory (www.klimatheory.com), a venture targeting businesses to establish awareness of climate change through workshops and consultancy services. Oscar is a certified Climate Fresk trainer.

Sudheer also runs a NGO for wildlife called Voice for Wildlife trust, which is a forum of legal practitioners who dedicate their time to the cause of wildlife conservation and has involved in helping officers in hundreds of wildlife crime detection and investigation efforts to ensure that the culprits who are involved in such wildlife crime cases are apprehended and brought to justice. His stint with wildlife legal domain has made him to be recognised by the Karnataka forest department, the wildlife crime control bureau and wildlife trust of India.
