Oscar DSilva is based in Sydney and heads Klima Theory (www.klimatheory.com), a venture targeting businesses to establish awareness of climate change through workshops and consultancy services. Oscar is a certified Climate Fresk trainer. 

Besides Klima, Oscar is also a co-founder of dfrens Consulting (www.dfrens.com), a 19 year old, India based Organization, crafting employee engagement and learning programs; as well as consulting on building better employer brands. He has played multiple roles at dfrens, including a 5 year stint as the CEO. He continues to be involved in the organisation’s strategy and operations as it evolves and grows. 

Oscar has also been involved in a few other start-ups along the way, including a restaurant aggregator, an escape room, and most recently, in a data analytics and AI focused consultancy.

Prior to the jump into entrepreneurship, Oscar spent a considerable 10 years in IT program management, product development and operations at General Electric and Talisma.
