Dr. Sandeep Sancheti, known as Institution Builder, holds a Ph D from Queens University of Belfast UK, M.Sc. (Engg.) from DTU Delhi and B.Tech from NIT Warangal.

He is currently the Provost(Vice Chancellor) at Marwadi University in Jaipur. Before joining Marwadi University, he was the Vice Chancellor at SRMIST, Chennai and also the Past President of Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi. Formerly he was the President of Manipal University Jaipur, Director NIT Delhi and Director NITK Surathkal.

He has also served as Director In-charge, NIT Tiruchirapally, NIT Calicut, School of Planning & Architecture (SPA) Delhi and Mentor Director, NIT Goa, NIT Puducherry and NIT Sikkim. He started his career by serving MBM Eng College, Jodhpur and MNIT, Jaipur in various capacities and has more than 36 years of teaching, research and administrative experience.

He is a Member of Council, Indian Institute of Science Bangalore. He is Chairman Board of Governors for MLV Textile Engineering College, Bhilwara and Jodhpur Institute of Engineering & Technology, Jodhpur. He is also serving different professional bodies like SPIC MACAY, FICCI, CII, EPSI, Atal Innovation Mission etc. in different capacities. In addition, he is on various national level bodies of UGC, AICTE, AIU for higher education related matters and has been a part of Indian delegations abroad.

He is a recipient of the Commonwealth Scholarship & Fellowship under Colombo Plan and was a Visiting Faculty at Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) Bangkok. He is a Life Fellow of IETE, IE (I), ISTE, BES and a Member of IEEE, USA and has contributed more than 80 research papers in journals and conferences.

In past he was a Member of XIIth Plan Preparation Committee for MHRD, Member Kakodkar Committee for Review of NITs, Member Governing Council – ESCI Hyderabad, Member Executive Council – AICTE New Delhi, Chairman AIEEE, Chairman DASA Scheme of MHRD, Chairman QIP (Poly) Scheme of AICTE, Member Governing / Advisory Boards of CBSE New Delhi, BCCI Mumbai, SAI New Delhi, NCTE New Delhi, NIRDPR Hyderabad and Academic Advisory Board of Microsoft India etc.

He is a keen player of Bridge & Squash and is an active member of Rotary few other social organizations.

Jeff has worked in the Financial Services and Education Industries for many years, holding senior roles within Banking, Finance and Education both Nationally and Internationally.

Works with clients across various countries Government’s, Regulator’s and Corporates, Universities, Colleges and schools to assist with the design and implementation of education to meet industry job ready skills and business needs.Jeff also has the ability to assist clients in reshaping their existing business models to meet the digital age, along with their employees.

Jeff is very culturally aware and culturally sensitive and combines this strength with the abilities to provide solutions to assist clients to grow and develop their teams and their business models.

Jeff is a senior sessional member of the Western Australian State Administrative Tribunal and also an International speaker.

As Deputy Vice-Chancellor (External Engagement), Dr. Jessica Gallagher oversees a diverse engagement portfolio, with a focus on contributing to the growth and sustainability of the University through the leadership of strategic partnerships, recruitment, community outreach and internationalisation initiatives. She is responsible for leading the strategy and delivery of the University’s key services in domestic and international student recruitment, global engagement, alumni relations and philanthropy, and industry and government relations. 

Jessica brings to the role significant senior management experience, previously serving as Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Global Engagement and Entrepreneurship) at The University of Queensland. She has managed teams across multiple countries to establish and execute innovative global strategies that have fostered high performing partnerships. With extensive experience in business development and strategic partner engagement initiatives, Jessica is highly regarded for her global outlook and community mindset, working to better serve the University and its stakeholders through diverse engagement initiatives across private, public and academic sectors.

Dr. Gallagher has a PhD in Comparative Cultural Studies from The University of Queensland. She has authored papers and reports in relation to her doctoral research, as well as on approaches to strategic global partnerships, international education, and student experience.

A passionate and highly accomplished executive, with an acclaimed history spanning over forty (40) successful years in Immigration and Legal Services, Carlos Sellanes is the Chief Executive Officer and Head of Growth at Sellanes Clark Immigration Law practice.

An Australian via citizenship, Carlos has himself endured the trials and tribulations of the local immigration process and while it was a very long time ago, the experience inspired him to pursue a professional career in immigration law, partly to contribute to its betterment but principally to assist others who may be seeking new ventures in Australia.

Prior to launching Sellanes Clark and Associates and providing an invaluable background into his unique understanding of today’s immigration issues, Carlos served for twenty-two (22) years with the Australian Immigration Department (DIBP); a body which was subsequently subsumed into the Department of Home Affairs.

As a founding Principal of Sellanes Clark and Associates, Carlos worked tirelessly to develop a business culture focussed upon customer support and premium-quality service, in the full understanding that these principles would continue as the key drivers for corporate growth and ongoing success.

With enthusiastic cooperation from his team of astute lawyers and skilled immigration professionals, his goal has always been to achieve clients’ objectives in the shortest possible time, whilst involving them with the minimum possible inconvenience.
